Sakhniuk Immigration Law LLC is a mission-driven immigration law firm representing clients across the United States in humanitarian, removal defense, and family-based matters. Our work has a direct impact on real people — protecting safety, helping families pursue the American Dream, and bringing families together.

You will work closely with Attorney Oksana Sakhniuk, a highly reputable immigration attorney in the Ukrainian and Russian-speaking communities with over 12 years of experience in the field. We take pride in delivering excellent results, clear communication, and compassionate service in every case.

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Proven experience in an immigration or legal office environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Calm under pressure and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and following systems and checklists
  • Legal education or LLM is a plus (not required)

What We Offer
