How It Works

  1. Send your completed forms and supporting documents to attorney@myusaimmigration.com (or via Google Drive/Dropbox for large files), indicating you want Document Review.
  2. We’ll acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and schedule your review meeting.
  3. You’ll receive an invoice (flat-fee typically $300 dollars) — payment is required before meeting.
  4. During the meeting (usually ~1 hour), Attorney Sakhniuk or a senior associate will review your forms with you line by line, pointing out errors, inconsistencies, and additional documentation needed.
  5. After the session, you’ll receive a detailed written analysis: recommended corrections, missing items, tips for supporting statements, and how to best submit.
  6. We’ll also answer your legal questions: timelines, interview expectations, U.S. immigration procedure, and next steps.

Trusted by Clients & Communities

As a bilingual lawyer recognized in Ukrainian and Russian communities, Attorney Oksana Sakhniuk has earned a reputation for empathy, precision, and results. Many of our clients come through referrals, reviews, and word-of-mouth — not mass advertising.

We are more than document checkers. We see your case, your family, your future. We commit to being accessible, meticulous, and responsive from the first email to final submission.

Note: Document Review is a standalone service. You still file your application with USCIS yourself. However, many clients later retain us for full representation to guide them through the rest of the process.
